A master of positive persuasion, everybody gets on with him as his Scottish banter melts the ice on first meeting.

He has been in Chatel since 2001 and started his teaching journey in 2008, achieving silver in boarder cross National champs. He knows the sport and the mountains inside out, and how to get the very best from your riding.

 "Snowboarding is my passion in life. It gives me my freedom and my expression. I love sharing it, watching people grow in belief, whilst achieving better snowboard control to really feel the mountain, and to influence their descent. This gives me my stoke!"

Everybody loves his warm hearted character and beautiful smile. His teaching style is also super chilled to ensure you are instantly at ease.

He has been in Chatel since 2015, and coaching snowboarding since then. In his spare time you will find him shredding it up all over the mountain.

One of villages many colourful characters, from running a local bar for many seasons (L'isba), to being one of the first snowboarders pushing the boundaries of freestyle in the early 2000's, you'll find him shredding laps everywhere in Chatel.

He has been in Chatel since 2002, and now helps to organise the brand and marketing strategies of TORR Snowboarding.
